There are many opportunities and experiences they will gain in the process into the world of work. Life skills, skills for life.

Harris Academy Upper Norwood is committed to providing a planned programme of activities, Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) for all students’ years 11-18, regardless of students’ culture and ethnicity, background or ability. All students will benefit from the planned events and activities to help them make informed decisions in preparation for life, work and as responsible adults, making a valuable contribution to society and their communities.

These activities and events will be unbiased, impartial and based on the individual needs of each student. We will aim to provide a varied programme that meets individuals’ needs working in partnership with our Federation Careers Advisor, parents, carers and teachers. Harris Academy Upper Norwood will consult with students and involve them in the planning, implementation and monitoring of the programme.
